摘  要:研究了聚合温度和苯乙烯含量对高苯乙烯橡胶聚合的影响,将高苯乙烯橡胶与天然橡胶混融制备成复合材料,并对其进行了力学性能、耐磨性能与耐久性测试。结果表明,25~30℃下,苯乙烯含量60%~65%时,能得到性能最好的高苯乙烯橡胶;在所有复合材料中,高苯乙烯橡胶含量为10%时,其力学性能表现最佳,其拉伸强度为31 MPa,冲击强度为25 kJ/m 2,同时有最佳的耐磨性和耐久性能,其有一定的实用价值。The effects of polymerization temperature and styrene content on the polymerization of high styrene rubber were studied.The composite material was prepared by blending high styrene rubber with natural rubber,and its mechanical properties,wear resistance and durability were tested.The results show that the best high styrene rubber can be obtained when the content of styrene is 60%~65%at 25~30℃.In all the composites,when the content of high styrene rubber is 10%,its mechanical properties are the best,its tensile strength is 31 MPa,impact strength is 25 kJ/m 2,and it has the best wear resistance and durability,so it has a certain practical value.
