摘 要:开展水稻安全生产关键技术信息化建设,构建“学校+企业+基地”的三方协同联动机制,农户按照安全生产技术规程进行生产,对提升水稻安全生产能力与水平具有重要作用。基于此,项目组以“信息稳农、信息强农、信息惠农”为基本工作目标进行探索,建立了一个适用于农民使用的技术服务系统。该系统由水稻安全生产关键技术数据库、信息发布交流平台和手机接收终端三部分组成,设有土壤基本状况监控、施肥管理信息化建设、病虫害防治信息化建设、生产服务平台建设、信息发布与专家服务等子功能。可通过实地研究与查阅资料的方法收集静态数据信息,利用远程监控和农户反馈的方式采集动态信息;将学校的教学服务平台延伸为农业生产技术信息服务平台,可用于采集、分析、处理、储存数据以及信息发布与交流,并分成多个相对独立的技术服务单元;种植户利用智能手机终端可获取水稻安全生产信息,反馈生产过程信息。通过校企合作,在经费有限的情况下,建成简单、实用的水稻安全生产关键技术信息化管理系统,实现了项目建设的预期效果。To carry out the informatization construction of the key technology of rice safety production,build the tripartite cooperation and linkage mechanism of“school+enterprise+base”,and farmers produce according to the technical regulations of safety production,which plays an important role in improving the capacity and level of rice safety production.Based on this,the project team explored with the basic work objective of“stabilizing agriculture with information,strengthening agriculture with information and benefiting agriculture with information”,and established a technical service system suitable for farmers.The system is composed of three parts:the key technology database of rice safety production,the information release and exchange platform and the mobile phone receiving terminal.It has sub functions such as monitoring of soil basic conditions,informatization construction of fertilization management,informatization construction of disease and pest control,construction of production service platform,information release and expert service.Static data information can be collected through field research and data access,and dynamic information can be collected through remote monitoring and farmer feedback;The teaching service platform of the school is extended to the agricultural production technology information service platform,which can be used for collecting,analyzing,processing,storing data,and information release and exchange,and is divided into several relatively independent technical service units;Farmers can obtain rice safety production information and feed back production process information by using smart phone terminals.Through the cooperation between schools and enterprises,a simple and practical information management system for key technologies of rice safety production was built under the condition of limited funds,and the expected effect of the project construction was realized.
