摘 要:为简便明了地进行爆炸塔的结构计算和设计,对10 kg TNT爆炸塔的结构设计步骤、荷载组合系数的取值、等效静荷载的确定和构件内力计算进行论述。对于圆壳形结构,从不同维度取单元体进行简化,并采用手册算法、理正计算软件和ABAQUS软件进行构件内力的计算和有限元模拟,互相印证计算结果的可靠性。结果表明:由于基本假定的差异,应根据基本组合、地震组合和爆炸荷载参与的偶然组合的计算结果分别进行构件设计,取三者的包络值。用取单元体的简化方法,借助常用的结构设计工具,可以方便地计算复杂的圆壳形结构。门洞对塔壁的削弱,引起局部应力集中和变形,需要设置暗梁、暗柱予以加强。In order to calculate and design the structure of explosion tower simply and clearly,the structural design steps,the value of load combination coefficient,the determination of equivalent static load and the calculation of component internal force of 10 kg TNT explosive tower were discussed.For the circular shell structure,the element body is simplified from different dimensions,and the manual algorithm,Lizheng calculation software and ABAQUS software are used for internal force calculation and finite element simulation to verify the reliability of the calculation results.The results show thatdue to the difference of basic assumptions,the component design should be carried out according to the calculation results of basic combination,seismic combination and accidental combination of explosion load,and the envelope values of the three should be taken.Moreover,with the help of the common structural design tools,the complex circular shell structure can be easily calculated by the method of taking unit volume.The weakening of the door to the tower wall causes local stress concentration and deformation,so it is necessary to set up concealed beams and columns to strengthen the wall.
