摘　　要：压力性尿失禁(SUI)是女性常见疾病,尿道中段无张力悬吊(TVT)系列手术是治疗SUI的重要方法。目前该手术在国内已经普及,但围手术管理尚不够精准,对于特殊患者的术前评估及术后并发症处理缺乏统一认识。西安交大一附院经过17年近3000例患者的临床实践,积累了丰富经验,筛选出合理的术前评估和术后处理方案,使得SUI管理更加规范。为术前合并神经源性膀胱、盆底脱垂、膀胱度活动患者制定了更加有效的围手术期治疗措施。缩短了尿道中段无张力悬吊术的学习曲线,使TVT术更易于临床推广,获得了良好的临床效果。Stress urinary incontinence(SUI)is a common disease in women,for which midurethral tension-free vaginal tape(TVT)is an important treatment.At present,the operation has been popularized in China.But the perioperative management is not accurate enough.Unified understanding of the preoperative evaluation and complication management for special patients are still inadequate.After 17 years of clinical practice with nearly 3000 patients,our center has accumulated rich experiences for preoperative evaluation and postoperative treatment scheme which have made the management of SUI more standar-dized.More effective perioperative treatment measures are developed for SUI patients with neurogenic bladder,pelvic floor prolapse and overactive bladder,which shorten the learning curve of midurethral TVT,making it easier to be popularized in clinic and achieving good clinical effects.
