女性尿道憩室的诊疗体会

摘　　要：目的探讨女性尿道憩室的临床诊断及治疗,提高对女性尿道憩室的认识。方法回顾性分析安徽医科大学第一附属医院2020年1月—2021年6月收治的8例尿道憩室患者的病史特点、手术方法以及治疗效果。结果除1例尿道憩室体检明确,其余7例患者均术前行四维盆底超声检查明确。8例尿道憩室患者均行经阴道前壁尿道憩室切除术。手术顺利,术后随访未见复发,无尿瘘、排尿不适等并发症。结论盆底四维超声可以用于女性尿道憩室的辅助诊断。经阴道前壁尿道憩室切除术是主要治疗方法。Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of female urethral diverticulum(FUD)so as to improve clinicians’understanding of the disease.Methods Historical document,surgical approach and therapeutic efficacy of 8 FUD patients treated in our hospital during Jan.2020 and Jun.2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Results FUD was detected in1case in physical examination,and was confirmed in the other 7 cases by four-dimensional pelvic ultrasound before operation.All patients underwent transvaginal anterior wall urethral diverticulum resection and all operations were successful.No recurrence occurred.No complications such as urinary fistula or urinary discomfort were observed.Conclusion Pelvic floor four-dimensional ultrasound can be used in the diagnosis of FUD.Transurethral anterior wall urethral diverticulum resection is the main treatment method.
