摘 要:将内掺不同质量分数硫酸钙与碳酸钙的水泥净浆试件在低温条件下(5±2)℃浸泡于硫酸镁溶液中,定期观测试件的外观形貌变化并测量其质量损失率,对试件进行X射线衍射试验,对其水化产物进行定性分析;运用热力学软件模拟出试件在100%反应后的水化产物变化情况,并与试验部分进行对比,以此得出硫酸钙与碳酸钙含量对试件生成碳硫硅钙石的影响。结果表明,试件的外观侵蚀程度随着龄期的增加而增加,且所有试件的质量仍在上升;所有试件组均发生了碳硫硅钙石型硫酸盐侵蚀,碳硫硅钙石的生成量会随着碳酸钙掺量的增加而增加,同时热力学结果也显示碳硫硅钙石的生成量会随着碳酸盐掺量的增加而大幅上升。The cement paste specimens mixed with different mass fractions of calcium sulfate and calcium carbonate were immersed in magnesium sulfate solution at low temperature(5±2)℃.The change of the appearance of the specimen was observed regularly and the mass loss rate was measured.The X-ray diffraction of the specimen and the hydration products were qualitatively analyzed.Finally,the hydration products of the specimen after 100%reaction were simulated by thermodynamic software and compared with the experimental part,so as to obtain the influence of the content of calcium sulfate and calcium carbonate on the formation of thaumasite in the specimen.The results show that the erosion degree of the specimens increases with the increase of age,and the mass of all specimens is still increasing.Thaumasite from of sulfate attackoccurred in all specimens.The amount of thaumasite would raise with the increase of calcium carbonate content,and the thermodynamic results also showed that the amount of thaumasite would increase greatly with the increase of carbonate content.
