摘 要:本文研究了不同砂光粉掺量对真空挤出成型工艺制备的纤维水泥板物理、力学和耐久性能的影响,当砂光粉掺量由25%增加到40%时,板材的表观密度先增大后减小,吸水率、孔隙率和湿涨率先减小后增大,干燥和饱水抗折强度先增大后减小;当砂光粉掺量为30%时,可以制备出满足A类板R3标准的纤维水泥板;当掺量分别为25%、30%和35%的情况下,可以制备出满足C类板R4标准的纤维水泥板。经过冻融循环试验后,板材的抗折强度均≥8.1MPa,抗折强度比率≥71.8%,满足行业标准要求,为高掺量砂光粉的工业应用奠定了一定的基础。This paper studies the different sanding powder content of vacuum extrusion process for the preparation of fiber cement physical,mechanical and durable properties,the influence of the sanding powder content increased from 25%to 40%,the apparent density increases first and then,water absorption and porosity and wet increase with the decrease of the first to rise,dry and saturated flexural strength first increases then decreases,When the sanding powder content is 30%,the fiber cement board meeting the R3 standard of class A board can be prepared,and when the sanding powder content is 25%,30%and 35%,the fiber cement board meeting the R4 standard of class C board can be prepared.After freeze-thaw cycle test,the flexural strength of the plate is more than 8.1MPa,and the flexural strength ratio is more than 71.8%,which meets the requirements of the industry standard,and lays a certain foundation for the industrial application of high-dosage sanding powder.
