摘  要:发泡剂是泡沫混凝土的重要组成材料之一,不同发泡剂之间的性能存在差异,制备出的泡沫稳定性也不同,从而影响着泡沫混凝土的基本性能。本文选取了3种典型液体发泡剂和3种典型粉体发泡剂,测定了6种发泡剂的匀质性、发泡性能以及标准料浆性能,对液体发泡剂和粉体发泡剂的性能进行对比。结果表明,在匀质性中,粉体发泡剂的溶解性较差,会出现不完全溶解的现象;在发泡性能中,粉体发泡剂的1h沉降率是液体发泡剂的10倍左右,1h泌水率是液体发泡剂的2倍左右;相同密度等级的泡沫混凝土28d抗压强度,液体发泡剂高1MPa。通过以上对比发现,液体发泡剂的总体性能要高于粉体发泡剂,故在实际生产中建议优先选用液体发泡剂。Foaming agent is one of the important components of foamed concrete.The properties of different foaming agents are different,and the foam stability is also different,which affects the basic performance of foamed concrete.In this paper,three typical liquid foaming agents and three typical powder foaming agents were selected.The homogeneity,foaming properties and standard slurry properties of six foaming agents were measured,and the properties of liquid foaming agents and powder foaming agents were compared.The results show that,in the homogeneity,the solubility of the powder foaming agent is poor,and there will be incomplete dissolution;in the foaming performance,the 1h sedimentation rate of powder foaming agent is about 10 times that of liquid foaming agent,and the 1h bleeding rate is about 2 times that of liquid foaming agent;the same density grade of foamed concrete 28d compressive strength,liquid foaming agent is about 1 MPa higher.Through the above comparison,it is found that the overall performance of liquid foaming agent is higher than that of powder foaming agent,so it is recommended to give priority to liquid foaming agent in actual production.
