摘　　要：COVID-19全球流行,对我们生活的各个方面尤其是健康和经济造成了严重的影响。COVID-19常见的传播途径有呼吸道飞沫传播和接触传播,尚无经血液传播的案例报道,加上血液中心和医院在各环节的严格把控,即使在目前COVID-19依旧流行的背景下,献血与输血是相对安全的。文章将从SARS-CoV-2本身的特点、经输血传播的证据和献血实践活动的防护措施三方面来论述COVID-19流行背景下的输血安全,希望打消大众的顾虑,缓解临床血液供需不平衡、用血困难等问题。The global prevalence of COVID-19 has badly affected all aspects of our lives, especially health and the economy. COVID-19 usually spreads by respiratory tract and close contacts. There have been no cases of blood transmission reported, and with the strict control of blood centers and hospitals in all aspects, blood donation and blood transfusion are relatively safe under the COVID-19 prevalence. This review discussed the safety of blood transfusion under the background of the COVID-19 epidemic from the characteristics of SARS-CoV-2, the evidence of blood transmission and the protective measures of blood donation practice, hoping to dispel public concerns, and alleviate the imbalance between clinical blood supply and demand, and the difficulty of using blood.
