摘  要:As an important part of higher education,graduate education is not only an important way to cultivate new scientific research force,but also the only way to produce high-level innovative talents,so it should be highly valued.In order to meet the actual needs of the current full-time postgraduate students,this paper proposes to build a formative evaluation system for graduate students,strengthen interdisciplinary postgraduate training,introduce the concept of total quality management,attach importance to process management,dynamic supervision and tracking,and control the key links in graduate training,so as to ensure the high quality and high suitabilityof graduate training results response.
