摘  要:根据裂解反应原理,提出裂解油品中的芳烃裂解反应方程式。分析并比较CSTP工艺与AFEP工艺,开发最新的SFEP和OCUP工艺使抽提法优化乙烯裂解原料思路在工程项目应用上迈出实质性的一步。与CSTP工艺相比,SFEP和OCUP工艺的乙烯收率由31.10%(wt)分别提高到35.93%(wt)和34.15%(wt),三烯三苯的收率也由61.29%(wt)分别提高到66.86%(wt)和67.99%(wt)。According to the principle of cracking reaction,this paper proposes the cracking reaction equation of aromatic hydrocarbons in cracked oil.Analysis and comparison of CSTP process and AFEP process as well as development of the latest SFEP and OCUP processes are carried out to make the idea of optimizing ethylene cracking raw materials by extraction a substantial step in the application of engineering projects.Compared with the CSTP process,the ethylene yields of the SFEP and OCUP processes are increased from 31.10%(wt)to 35.93%(wt)and 34.15%(wt)respectively,and the yields of triene three benzene are also increased from 61.29%(wt)to 66.86%(wt)and 67.99%(wt)respectively.
