摘 要:为了研制出具有优异涂层性能的生物基光固化涂料,以衣康酸、柠檬酸和1,6-己二醇为原料,通过熔融缩聚法合成了一系列衣康酸类生物基不饱和聚酯(PICH),并用其制备了生物基水性UV固化涂料。研究了不同反应条件对PICH合成的影响,通过红外光谱仪和核磁共振仪对其化学结构进行表征,并研究了涂膜的热稳定性及力学性能。结果表明:随着柠檬酸的加入,涂膜均表现出优异的热稳定性,柔韧性和附着力明显提高。当PICH中衣康酸与柠檬酸物质的量比为85∶15时,涂膜性能最佳,涂膜硬度、柔韧性、附着力、耐冲击性、凝胶含量和吸水率分别为2H、3 mm、2级、50 cm、82.63%及17.57%。柠檬酸的引入有效提高了涂层的附着力与柔韧性。To develop bio-based photocuring coatings with excellent coating performance. A series of itaconic acid bio-unsaturated polyester(PICH)were synthesized by melt polycondensation using itaconic acid(IA),citric acid(CA)and 1,6-hexanediol(HDO)as raw materials,the PICH were used to prepared waterborne UV-curable coatings. The effects of different reaction conditions on the synthesis of PICH were investigated. The chemical structure of PICH was confirmed by FT-IR and1H NMR,and the thermal stability and mechanical properties of the cured coating were investigated. The results showed that the coating exhibited excellent thermal stability,flexibility and adhesion with the addition of CA.When the molar ratio of IA to CA in PICH was 85∶15,the comprehensive properties of PICH coating were better,and its pencil hardness,flexibility,adhesion,impact strength,gel content,and water absorption were 2H,3 mm,2 grade,50 cm,82. 63% and 17. 57%,respectively. The introduction of citric acid effectively improved the coating adhesion and flexibility.
