摘  要:某深水管道工程在进行补口防腐层热水浸泡试验中发现管道主体3LPP防腐层脱落的情况,对主体防腐层和补口防腐层耐热水浸泡性能的要求及实验等进行失效分析。通过对3种不同质量的主体防腐层分别取环状试样和片状试样开展了7 d、30 d和100 d热水浸泡试验。结果表明:延长热水浸泡试验周期更容易发现涂层质量问题,片状试样较环状试样更容易出现脱落,质量良好的防腐层受试样形式和浸泡周期的影响较小。为了更好地保障海底管道涂层质量,基于标准比对和试验结论对海底管道主体防腐层提出了100 d热水浸泡的指标要求。In a deep-water pipeline project,the parent 3LPP anticorrosion coating was se⁃riously delaminated during the hot water immersion test of the field joint coating.Comparing the criteria on hot water resistance of parent coating and field joint coating in common pipeline coating standards.In this paper ring specimens and panel specimens were respectively taken from three 3LPP parent coating of different quality.A series of hot water immersion test of 7 d,30 d and 100 d were carried out on the specimens.The results showed that it was easier to find the quality problems of coating by extending the hot water soaking test period,and the flake sample was more likely to fall off than the ring sample,and the good quality coating was less af⁃fected by the sample form and soaking period.In order to better guarantee the coating quality of submarine pipeline,based on the above standard comparison and test results,the index re⁃quirement of 100 days hot water immersion for the corrosion prevention of submarine pipeline main body was put forward.
