摘  要:以去离子水为溶剂对钙钛矿太阳能电池(Perovskite solar cells, PSCs)中SnO_(2)电子传输层(Electron transport layer, ETLs)进行水热改性,研究了水热温度及水热时间对SnO_(2)ETLs和电池性能的影响。通过SEM、AFM、润湿角、UV-vis、J-V、IPCE对样品的薄膜形貌、结构、透过率、吸光度、粗糙度及光电性能等参数进行了表征。结果表明,水热后处理能够改善SnO_(2)晶体均匀性、增大光透过率、增强ETLs与钙钛矿层间的界面接触,有效提升电池的光电效率。当采用水热温度与时间分别为100℃和3 h,水热处理所得SnO_(2)基PSCs光电性能达到最佳,得到15.48%的光电转换效率(Photoelectric Conversion Efficiency, PCE),1.09 V的开路电压(Open-circuit Voltage, VOC),19.32 mA/cm~2的短路电流密度(Short-circuit Current Density, JSC),填充因子(Fill Factor, FF)为73.18%。The SnO_(2)electron transport layers(ETLs) in perovskite solar cells(PSCs) were hydrothermally modified with deionized water as solvent.The effect of hydrothermal temperature and hydrothermal time on SnO_(2)ETLs and battery performance was studied. The film morphology,structure, transmittance, absorbance, roughness and photoelectric properties of the samples were characterized by SEM, AFM, wetting angle,UV-vis, J-V, and IPCE. It is found that hydrothermal post-treatment can improve the SnO_(2)crystal uniformity, increase the light transmittance,enhance the interface contact between the ETLs and the perovskite layer, and effectively improve the photoelectric efficiency of the battery. When the SnO_(2)was hydrothermally treated at 100 ℃ for 3 h, the photoelectric performance of battery was optimized, with that photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE) is 15.48 %, and open-circuit voltage(VOC) is 1.09 V, short-circuit current density(JSC) is 19.32 m A/cm~2, and fill factor(FF) is73.18 %.
