从脾火论治高血压病

摘　　要：脾火亦称“脾热”,多指脾脏实火。脾火性热为阳邪,由气机郁滞及脾阳气盛所生,火热蕴结于中焦,向四周蒸腾。脾火与饮食及情志等因素有关,随着生活方式的改变,具有脾火证素的人群越来越多,不良生活方式也是导致高血压的重要原因。脾居中央,脾火旺盛,其升清降浊和津液代谢功能失常是发生高血压的关键病机。从脾火与高血压病因病机的关系出发,重视清热泻脾法的应用可从根本上缓解脾火所导致的高血压。Spleen fire,also called “spleen heat”,usually refers to the excess fire of spleen. Spleen fire is heat in properties,and pertain to yang evil. It is caused by stagnation of qi and excess of spleen yang,leading to heat accumulating in the middle energizer and evaporating peripherally. Spleen fire is related to diet,emotions and other factors. With the change of lifestyle,there are more and more people with spleen fire syndrome factors,and the bad lifestyle is also an important cause of hypertension. Spleen is in the central,and spleen fire is exuberant. Disorder of lifting the clear and lowering the turbid and metabolism dysfunction of body fluids are the key disease mechanism of hypertension. Based on the relationship between spleen fire with etiology and pathogenesis of hypertension,the application of clearing heat and purging spleen method can fundamentally alleviate hypertension caused by spleen fire.
