摘　　要：目的:对潍坊地区中老年人群展开流行病学调查,研究骨代谢指标及骨密度水平与相关中医证型之间的关系,了解中医证型分布,为中西医结合防治原发性骨质疏松症提供依据。方法:应用多中心整群随机抽样法选取在潍坊市中医院骨质疏松联盟单位门诊就诊患者,通过问卷调查符合条件并于医院行骨密度及骨代谢相关指标检测的中老年人500例,了解患病率、各中医证型分布及其与骨密度、骨代谢指标之间的关系。结果:本地区中老年骨质疏松患病率为20%,中医证型依次为肾虚血瘀证(41%)、肾阳虚证(19%)、脾肾阳虚证(19%)、肝肾阴虚证(11%)、脾胃虚弱证(5%)和血瘀气滞证(5%),患者的骨密度及维生素D含量与证型排名呈负相关。结论:潍坊地区中老年人群骨质疏松症患病率较高,多见肾虚证,兼见脾虚、血瘀等证型。Objective:To study the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome types,and to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of primary osteoporosis by integrated Chinese and western medicine,through the epidemiological investigation of the population in Weifang area,the relationship between bone metabolism index and bone density level and related TCM syndrome types was studied. Methods:Middle-aged and elderly populations attending the coalition clinic of osteoporosis in Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were screened using multi-center cluster random sampling method,and finally500 cases meeting the inclusion criteria and being tested for bone density and bone metabolism related indicators were investigated on the prevalence,distribution of TCM syndrome types and their correlations with bone density and bone metabolism indicators using a questionnaire. Results:The prevalence of osteoporosis in middle-aged and elderly populations of Weifang area was 20%,and the TCM syndrome types from high to low on the percentage were kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(41%),kidney yang deficiency syndrome(19%),spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome( 19 %), liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome(11%),spleen and stomach weakness syndrome(5%) and blood stasis syndrome(5%),and the bone density and vitamin D content are negatively correlated with the order of the TCM syndrome types. Conclusion:Among the middle-aged and elderly populations with osteoporosis of Weifang area,kidney deficiency syndrome is more common,usually accompanied with and spleen deficiency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome and other syndrome.
