摘　　要：类风湿关节炎是一种自身免疫性疾病,病损累及全身大小关节,后期致残致畸率较高,严重影响生命质量,现代医学主要采用抗炎、抑制自身免疫等治疗手段来缓解症状,控制病情进展。姜建国教授运用中医辨证,以毒邪为源,从“毒”论治,对类风湿关节炎进行分型治疗,以“祛毒”为大纲,贯穿整个治疗过程,针对各证型有其相应治则治法,充分发挥中医药特色,取得了显著疗效。Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is an autoimmune disease. It usually affects the joints of whole body,and in the later stage it is of high disability and teratogenicity rate,seriously affecting the quality of life.Modern medicine mainly uses anti-inflammation,autoimmune suppression and other treatment methods to relieve the symptoms,delay the progression of RA. Professor JIANG Jianguo applied syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) to treat RA from “toxicity”. He classifies RA into different types and gives corresponding treatment with the toxin evil as the origin and treatment based on “toxin”. In the whole process of treatment,“eliminating toxin” is the fundamental principle,and should be followed. He developed corresponding treatment principles and methods for each type of RA,gives full play to the characteristics of TCM and achieves remarkable curative effect.
