摘 要:配电网合解环操作是利用其灵活性提高供电可靠性的一种手段,但合环操作可能产生较大的冲击电流,影响电网的安全运行。文章分析了合环暂态电流和稳态电流的大小和衰减规律,并从数学等价的角度分析合环电压差与相角差之间的关系,通过简要的曲线对比,得到以相角差估算电压差的方法。最后根据实际运行情况,列写了合环原则和相关管理要求,指导实际现场快速开展合解环工作。The operation of closing and breaking loop of distribution network is a means to improve the reliability of power supply with its flexibility, but the operation of closing loop may produce large impulse current, which affects the safety and stability of power grid. This paper first analyzes the magnitude and attenuation law of the transient current and steady-state current of the closed loop and then the relationship between the voltage difference and the phase angle difference from the perspective of mathematical equivalence. It is concluded through a curve comparison that the voltage difference can be estimated by the phase angle difference. Finally, according to the actual operation, the closed loop principle and related requirements are listed to guide the practical work.
