摘  要:为解决淡水资源缺乏、淡水运输成本高的问题,针对添加加重剂的井场水基环空保护液进行了腐蚀实验。通过失重腐蚀实验和四点弯曲实验对常用P110油套管材进行腐蚀规律评价,明确了井场水基环空保护液的防护效果,并对加重剂进行了调研分析。结果表明:在以NaCl+NaBr加重至1.30 g/cm^(3)的体系中,试样表面未发现肉眼可见裂纹,未发生断裂;通过扫描电子显微镜分析得到的微观形貌显示未形成致密的保护膜,截面分析显示P110的钢材腐蚀产物膜厚度达到28.3μm,金属基体发生了明显的局部腐蚀现象,存在较大的腐蚀失效风险;使用HCOOK作为井场水基环空保护液的加重剂,对钢材具有较好的保护效果,建议使用HCOOK作为井场水基环空保护液的加重剂。In order to solve the problems of the lack of fresh water resources and the high cost of fresh water transportation, a corrosion experiment was carried out on the wellsite water-based annulus protective fluid with weighting agent added. The corrosion law of the commonly used P110 tubing and casing was evaluated by the weight loss method and the four-point bending test, and the protective effect of the wellsite water-based annulus protective fluid was clarified. The investigation and analysis of the weighting agent was carried out. The results show that in the system with NaCl+NaBr weighted to 1.30 g/cm^(3), no visible cracks are found on the surface of the sample without any fracture. The microscopic morphology obtained by scanning electron microscope indicates that no dense protective film is formed, the section analysis show that the thickness of the steel corrosion product film of P110 reaches 28.3 μm, and the metal matrix has obvious local corrosion phenomenon with a greater risk of corrosion failure. Using HCOOK as the weighting agent of the water-based annulus protective fluid in the wellsite water has a good protective effect on steel. It is recommended to use HCOOK as the weighting agent for the water-based annulus protective fluid in the wellsite water.
