摘 要:针对胜利Ⅲ类高温高盐中低渗油藏的特点,采用岩心流动物理模拟实验方法,研究聚合物质量浓度、分子量和岩心渗透率对耐温抗盐聚合物在多孔介质中渗流规律及驱油效果的影响。结果表明:渗透率约为350×10μm^(2)时,随着耐温抗盐聚合物分子量和质量浓度的增加,聚驱注入压力上升幅度及最高注入压力均增加,“先突破再降低”趋势也越显著;当分子量高于2.0×10^(7)和质量浓度高于2500 mg/L时,阻力系数快速增加,残余阻力系数增加幅度较小;岩心渗透率越小,聚驱注入压力上升幅度及最高注入压力越高;随着岩心渗透率的减小,阻力系数和残余阻力系数均呈上升趋势;渗透率约为350×10μm^(2)的岩心,在不影响注入性的前提下,高分子量低质量浓度聚合物溶液的采收率相对水驱提高了13.32%,驱油效果明显优于低分子量低质量浓度和低分子量高质量浓度聚合物。According to the characteristics of Shengli class Ⅲ high temperature, high salinity and middle-low permeability reservoir, the influence of polymer mass concentration, molecular weight and core permeability on the seepage characteristics of temperature and salt resistant polymer in porous media of low permeability reservoir was studied by using core flow physical simulation method. The results show that when the permeability is about 350×10μm^(2), with the increase of molecular weight and mass concentration of temperature and salt resistant polymer, the increase in injection pressure and the maximum injection pressure increase, and the trend of “breakthrough first and then decrease” becomes more significantly. When the molecular weight is higher than 2.0×10^(7) and the mass concentration is higher than 2 500 mg/L, the resistance coefficient increases rapidly and the increase range of residual resistance coefficient is small. The lower the core permeability, the higher the increase in injection pressure and the maximum injection pressure. With the decrease of core permeability, both the resistance coefficient and the residual resistance coefficient show an upward trend. For the core with permeability of about 350×10μm^(2), on the premise of not affecting the injectability, the recovery of polymer solution with high molecular weight and low mass concentration is 13.32% higher than that of water flooding, and the oil displacement effect is obviously better than that of low molecular weight low mass concentration and low molecular weight high mass concentration polymers.
