摘 要:用无机多孔材料吸附脂肪酸相变材料,制备了建筑围护结构用复合相变蓄热材料。以月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸的低共熔物作为相变材料,以膨胀珍珠岩作为载体,在吸附之后,以水泥包裹进行了密封处置,然后通过控温对比实验测试了复合相变蓄热材料性能,并就热工计算评估了其节能性。结果表明,相变材料掺量1.5 kg/m^(2)的砂浆板可切实将温度下降约2~3℃,在加热状态下,温度的上升相对推迟了约20 min,表明其控温效果较佳;掺入复合相变蓄热材料可提高总热惰性值,促使其满足节能要求;在墙体内添加相变材料,可在满足节能要求的基础上,有效减小墙体厚度。Based on the adsorption of fatty acid phase change materials by inorganic porous materials,composite phase change heat storage materials were prepared for building envelopes. Taking lauric acid and myristic acid as phase change material and expanded perlite as a carrier, the composite phase change material was sealed with cement after adsorption. Then the performance of composite phase change material was tested by temperature control experiments, and its energy saving was evaluated by thermal calculation. The results showed that, the mortar board with 1.5 kg/m^(2) phase change material can effectively reduce the temperature by about 2~3 ℃.In the heating state, the temperature rise is relatively delayed by about 20 min, indicating that its temperature control effect is better;the total thermal inertia value can be increased by adding composite phase change materials, which can meet the requirements of energy saving;adding phase change material in the wall can effectively reduce the wall thickness on the basis of meeting the requirements of energy saving.
