摘　　要：综述了塑料型材一模双品模具在当前生产效率要求提升下的迫切需求,总结了一模双品模具相对于传统一模双出模具在提高产品生产效率、减少生产投入、保障质量等方面的巨大优势,同时归纳了面临的主要问题,提出了有效的解决办法,并对一模双品模具未来的广泛应用提出了展望。This paper reviews the urgent needs of the double-product mold of the current production efficiency requirements in the plastic profiles,summarizing a one-model double product relative to traditional one-mold double out in improving product productivity,reducing production input,guarantee quality have huge advantage, summarizes the main problems in this time and put forward effective solutions,look forward to the extensive application of one model double-mold mold.
