摘 要:再生骨料干拌砂浆是一种绿色新型建筑材料,既解决建筑垃圾的利用问题,又减轻了建筑原材料的过度开采,降低碳排放,是材料工业可持续发展的必然趋势。本文采用单纯重心型设计法对再生骨料掺量、水灰比和水泥用量三个因素进行研究以优化再生骨料干拌砂浆的配合比,以稠度、2 h稠度损失率和抗压强度作为关键的性能评价指标。结果表明,单纯重心型设计法可用于优化再生骨料砂浆的配合比。在优化的配合比下,再生骨料砂浆的稠度、2h稠度损失率和强度之间可以达到很好的平衡。Recycled aggregate dry-mixed mortar is a new green building material.It not only solves the utilization of construction waste,but also reduces the over exploitation of construction raw materials and carbon emission.It is the inevitable trend of the sustainable development of material industry.In this paper,the simple center of gravity design method is used to study the three factors of recycled aggregate content,water to cement ratio and cement content,so as to optimize the mix proportion of recycled aggregate dry-mixed mortar.The consistency,2 h consistency loss rate and compressive strength are taken as the key performance evaluation indexes.The results show that the simple center of gravity design method can be used to optimize the mix proportion of recycled aggregate mortar.Under the optimized mix proportion,the consistency,2 h consistency loss rate and strength of recycled aggregate mortar can reach a good balance.
