摘  要:本文通过对钒钛磁铁矿等选矿厂在大块抛尾、半自磨流程与传统流程的选择、破碎系统中破机与洗矿设备配置、磨矿分级系统配置、磁选场强确定等方面的设计思考与实践经验的总结,获得了在如何在选矿厂设计阶段贯彻选矿领域的大块抛尾、较高磨矿效率、粗粒抛尾、防止过磨、高回收率、多元素半生矿选矿过程中上一道选别工序为下一道选别工序提供最佳条件等方面的相关选矿厂设计上的原则,有利于有效降低能耗和降低成本。仅供在低能耗、低成本高效选矿厂设计工作中参考。This paper summarizes the design thinking and practical experience of dressing plants such as vanadium titanium magnetite in the aspects of large block tailing, selection of semi self grinding process and traditional process, configuration of crusher and ore washing equipment in crushing system, configuration of grinding classification system, determination of magnetic separation field strength, etc., and obtains how to implement large block tailing, high grinding efficiency, coarse particle tailing, prevention of over grinding, high recovery In the beneficiation process of multi-element semi raw ore, the principles of concentrator design related to the last beneficiation process providing the best conditions for the next beneficiation process are conducive to effectively reducing energy consumption and cost. It is only for reference in the design of low energy consumption,low cost and high efficiency concentrator..
