摘  要:炉底压降是电解生产过程中影响吨铝电耗的重要指标之一,能够有效控制炉底压降,电价成本就可以得到有效控制。但在实际生产过程中,影响炉底压降的因素较多。本文就某厂320kA电解槽,结合实际,主要探究在电解过程中导致炉底压降变化的因素,并对影响炉底压降变化的因素,如技术条件、操作质量、氧化铝浓度等因素进行分析并探索如何通过相关因素来控制炉底压降的方法和措施。The bottom pressure drop is one of the important indexes affecting the power consumption of tons of aluminum in the process of electrolytic production. If the bottom pressure drop can be effectively controlled, the electricity price cost can be effectively controlled. But in the actual production process, there are many factors affecting the bottom pressure drop. In this paper, 320kA electrolytic cell of a factory, combined with the actual,mainly explore the factors leading to the change of furnace bottom pressure drop in the process of electrolysis, and the factors affecting the change of furnace bottom pressure drop, such as technical conditions, operating quality,alumina concentration and other factors are analyzed and explore how to control the furnace bottom pressure drop through relevant factors and measures.
