摘 要:研究复合益生菌制剂对雄性AA肉仔鸡胸腺发育的影响。选取1日龄雄性AA肉鸡75只,随机分为A、B、C、D、E 5个组,每组5个重复,每个重复3只鸡。A、B、C、D为试验组,E为对照组。E组饲喂基础日粮,A、B、D组分别在基础日粮中添加0.1 g/kg牧丁宝I、0.15 g/kg牧丁宝II、1 g/kg益芪康,C组将丁酸梭菌溶于水,按照每只鸡每天0.2 mL饮水。肉仔鸡饲养至21天时取胸腺,称取胸腺重,计算胸腺指数,测定胸腺皮质与髓质比。与对照组相比,D组肉仔鸡胸腺重增加了32.51%(P<0.05),胸腺指数增加了20.54%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,B组和D组肉仔鸡胸腺皮质与髓质比显著增加(P<0.05)。结果表明,益芪康对雄性AA肉仔鸡胸腺发育和胸腺淋巴细胞增殖具有促进作用。The purpose of the test was to study the effect of compound probiotics on thymus development of male AA broilers.Seventy-five 1-day-old male AA broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups A,B,C,D and E,with 5 replicates in each group and 3 chickens in each replicate.A,B,C and D were the test group,and E was the control group.Group E was fed with the basic diet.Groups A,B and D were added with 0.1 g/kg mudingbao I,0.15 g/kg mudingbao II and 1 g/kg yiqikang respectively in the basic diet.In Group C,clostridium butyricum was dissolved in water,and each broiler should drink 0.2 mL of water every day.After feeding for 21 days,the thymus was taken,the thymus was weight and organ index was cakulated,and the ratio of thymus cortex to medulla was measured.Compared with the control group,the thymus weight of broilers in group D increased by 32.51%(P<0.05),and the thymus index of broilers in group D increased by 20.54%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the ratio of thymus cortex to medulla in group B and D broilers was significantly increased(P<0.05).The results showed that yiqikang could promote the thymus development and thymus lymphocyte proliferation of male AA broilers.
