摘 要:基于纳米金颗粒颜色变化机理,选用核酸适配体作为生物识别元件,构建灵敏度高、特异性强的可视化快速检测孔雀石绿的方法。检测的最佳条件为纳米金溶液50μL、氯化钠(1 mol/L)3μL、反应时间10 min。在最佳检测条件下,孔雀石绿快速定量标准曲线的线性方程为y=0.09936x+0.01098,R^(2)=0.95098,检出限为0.09082 nmol/L。加标回收率是93.3%~116.0%,相对标准偏差小于10%。Based on the color change mechanism of gold nanoparticles and nucleic acid aptamer as biometric element,a visual and rapid detection method of malachite green with high sensitivity and specificity was constructed.The optimum condition for detection was nano gold solution 50μL,sodium chloride(1 mol/L)3μL,and the reaction time 10 min.Under the optimum test conditions,the linear equation of malachite green rapid quantitative standard curve was y=0.09936x+0.01098,R^(2)=0.95098,and the detection limit was 0.09082 nmol/L.The recovery was 93.3%~116.0%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 10%.
