摘　　要：习近平外交思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想有机组成部分,是指导新时代中国特色大国外交的行动指南和根本遵循。习近平外交思想在点、线、面、局上具有时代性、均衡性、超越性、协调性等特征。习近平外交思想理念丰富、重点突出、立场坚定、策略灵活、风格鲜明,科学判断时代发展大势,为世界文明交流互鉴贡献中国智慧,为国际关系民主化提供了规则保障,为国际社会找到有效的全球治理思路。新时代下中国特色大国外交要坚持以习近平外交思想为指导,增强战略思维,保持外交定力;增强底线思维,维护国家的核心利益;增强创新思维,全方位推进中国特色大国外交;增强全球思维,深入参与全球治理体系变革。Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy,an integral part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a New Era,is an action guide and fundamental guideline for China s major-country diplomacy in the new era.It is epochal,harmonious,transcendental and compatible at different degrees.With rich ideas,extrusive points,firm stand,flexible strategies and fresh styles,it gives scientific assessment of the time trend,contributes Chinese wisdom to the world civilizations,provides a rule-based guarantee for democracy in international relations,and helps the international community find an effective approach to the global governance.In the new era,guided by Xi Jinping Diplomatic Thought,we should improve our capacity for strategic thinking to remain determined,keep in mind the worst scenarios to safeguard the core state interests,and enhance the innovative thinking to advance the diplomatic practice in all aspects.Lastly,we should have global consciousness and get deeply involved in the reform of the global governance system.
