摘 要:目的建立胃灵颗粒中芍药苷、甘草苷和甘草酸的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱:Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈(A)-0.05%磷酸溶液(B)梯度洗脱;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:芍药苷230 nm、甘草苷280 nm、甘草酸250 nm。结果芍药苷、甘草苷、甘草酸的进样量分别在0.0064~0.2564μg(r=0.9997),0.0068~0.2731μg(r=0.9996),0.0170~0.6800μg(r=0.9995)范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为99.6%,97.9%,100.3%,RSD分别为0.65%,0.98%,1.37%。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确,重复性好,可用于胃灵颗粒中芍药苷、甘草苷、甘草酸的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin,glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizic acid in Weiling Granules.Methods The analysis was performed on an Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)with CH_(3)CN-0.05%H_(3)PO_(4) solution for gradient elution.The column temperature was 30℃,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,and the detection wavelength was 230 nm for paeoniflorin,280 nm for glycyrrhizin and 250 nm for glycyrrhizic acid,respectively.Results The linear ranges of paeoniflorin,glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizic acid were 0.0064-0.2564μg(r=0.9997),0.0068-0.2731μg(r=0.9996)and 0.0170-0.6800μg(r=0.9995),respectively,and the average recoveries were 99.6%,97.9%and 100.3%,respectively,with RSD of 0.65%,0.98%and1.37%.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reproducible,and it can be used for the determination of paeoniflorin,glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizic acid in Weiling Granules.
