摘 要:目的建立气相色谱法测定食品中环己基氨基磺酸钠含量的方法。方法环己基氨基磺酸钠经衍生化处理后置于-18℃冰柜冷冻30 min,正己烷萃取,采用程序升温毛细管柱色谱分离,用氢离子火焰化检测器(flame ionization detector,FID)检测。结果衍生化反应瞬间完成,正己烷萃取无杂峰干扰,环己基氨基磺酸钠在浓度范围0.01~0.5 mg/ml之间线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.9999;加标回收率在99.5%~102.1%之间,相对标准偏差在1.1%~2.9%之间。结论该方法简便、快捷、准确度高、重现性好、方法检出限低,是一种可靠的食品中环己基氨基磺酸钠的快速检测方法。Objective To establish a method for the determination of sodium cyclamate in food by gas chromatography(GC).Methods Sodium cyclamate was derivatized and kept in freezer at-18℃for 30 min,and then extracted with n-hexane,separated with a capillary column with programmed column temperature and finally detected by flame ionization detector(FID).Results The derivatization reaction was instantaneous and no interference of impurity peaks after n-hexane extraction was olserued.There was a good linear correlation between the peak areas and the concentrations of sodium cyclamate at the range of 0.01-0.5 mg/ml with the correlation coefficient over 0.9999.The average recoveries were in 99.5%-102.1%and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were in 1.1%-2.9%.Conclusion The method is simple,fast,accurate,with good reproducibility and low detection limit,and provides a reliable way for the rapid detection of sodium cyclamate in food.no interference of impurcty peaks after n-hexane oxtraction was olserued 。
