摘　　要：介绍某排涝泵站4#机组大修期间试运行过程中推力轴承异常发热情况,并进行原因分析,确定故障排除方向并逐项采取措施进行处理,较好解决了推力轴承瓦温超标的问题。同时对本次大型斜轴泵大修过程中推力轴承异常发热处理经验进行总结。This paper introduces the abnormal heating of the thrust bearing during the trial operation of a waterlogging pumping station No.4 unit during the overhaul,analyzes the causes,determines the troubleshooting direction,and takes measures to deal with it item by item,solving the problem that the temperature of the thrust bearing exceeds the standard.The experience of handling abnormal heating of thrust bearing during the overhaul of large inclined shaft pump is summarized.
