摘 要:以消费者价值为核心的价值网理论突破基于传统价值链进行产业融合的组织价值导向,实现从组织价值导向到顾客价值导向的根本性转变,有效破解“供需错配”问题,成为产业高质量融合发展的关键。该研究采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,在分析体育产业、文旅产业融合的内在逻辑和价值链解构与重塑的基础上,提出了体育产业与文旅产业融合发展的路径。主要结论为:以消费者价值实现为逻辑起点,价值网实现了基于消费者需求引致供给端融合的价值链理论与强调消费者价值为核心的价值网理论的契合;基于价值网的体育产业与文旅产业融合,从构筑消费者价值核心、坚持融合市场引领、筑牢深度体验基石、凸显品牌塑造支撑以及强化消费者价值实现等方面构建体育产业与文旅产业融合的积极路径,从而助力产业高质量融合发展。The value network theory with consumer value as the core has broken through the organizational value orientation of industrial integration based on the traditional value chain, realized the fundamental change from organizational value orientation to customer value orientation, effectively solved the problem of “supply and demand mismatch”, and become the key to the high-quality development of industrial integration. Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, on the basis of analyzing the logic of sports industry and cultural tourism industry integration, and the deconstruction and remodeling of the value chain of sports and cultural tourism industry, the integrated development path of sports industry and cultural tourism industry is put forward. Conclusion: With the realization of consumer value as the logical starting point, the value network realizes the fit between the value chain theory of supply-side integration based on consumer demand and the value network theory that emphasizes consumer value as the core. Based on the value network sports industry and brigade industry integration, a positive path can be built by building the core of consumer value, adhering to the fusion market lead, building an in-depth experience foundation, highlighting brand support and strengthening consumer value realization, so as to promote the high-quality integration development of sports industry and cultural tourism industry in China.
