摘 要:酚类化合物广泛应用于化工领域。传统工艺中使用强酸和强碱从煤焦油中提取酚类化合物,对环境危害较大。本研究在对复合溶剂(环己烷-二乙二醇-水)体系对苯酚-正十一烷-萘模拟组分的LLE(液-液相萃取)数据实验研究基础上,开展了复合溶剂对煤焦油中酚类化合物萃取效果的连续性实验验证。结果表明:复合溶剂体系(环己烷-二乙二醇-水)煤焦油中分离酚类化合物是可行的,其适宜操作工艺条件为:操作温度80℃、操作压力110kPa、溶剂比2.5、理论板数5以及复合溶剂(环己烷、二乙二醇、水)的质量比为10:85:5,该条件下苯酚和萘的萃取率达99.5%和99.0%。Phenolic compounds are widely used in chemical industry.The traditional process,which uses strong acid and alkaline to extract phenolic compounds from coal tar,is harmful to the environment.Based on LLE (Liquid-Liquid extraction) data of phenol-n-undecane-naphthalene,continuous experimental verification was carried out.The results show that it is feasible to separate phenolic compounds from coal tar with the compound solvent (cyclohexane-diethylene glycol-water).The optimum conditions are as follows:operating temperature is 80 ℃,operating pressure is 110 kPa,solvent ratio is 2.5,theoretical stages are 5 and mass ratio of composite solvent (cyclohexane:diethylene glycol:water) is 10:85:5,and the removal efficiencies of phenol and naphthalene are 99.5% and 99.0%,respectively.
