摘 要:针对选煤厂以高灰细粒级为主的难选煤泥,以0.074mm为分级粒度,进行了分级煤泥的浮选条件优化和分级浮选试验,试验结果表明,0.5~0.074mm的煤泥和<0.074mm的煤泥浮选最优条件为捕收剂浓度1000g/t、起泡剂100g/t、矿浆浓度80g/L;<0.5mm粒级难以选出灰分小于10%的精煤;分粒级分布释放累计产率相比全粒级分布释放产率高出2.55%。Aiming at the refractory slime dominated by high ash fine particle size in coal preparation plant,the flotation condition optimization and grading flotation test of graded slime are carried out with 0.074 mm as the grading particle size.The test results show that the optimal flotation conditions for slime of 0.5~0.074 mm and slime of < 0.074 mm are collector concentration 1000 g/t,foaming agent 100 g/t and slurry concentration 80 g/L.It is difficult to select cleans ash content less than 10% with particle size of 0.5 mm;The cumulative release yield of particle size distribution is 2.55% higher than that of full particle size distribution.
