摘  要:用聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDM)与聚合氯化铝(PAC)制备的复合混凝剂处理秋季长江原水,考察混凝沉出水和过滤后水的浊度、COD_(Mn)、氨氮等水质参数,结合Zeta电位分析,初步探索强化混凝耦合过滤工艺对水质参数的去除效能。结果表明,对于处理南京段长江水,当投加量为2.8mg/L时,含PDM特征黏度1.60dL/g、PAC(Al_(2)O_(3)计)与其质量比20:1的PAC/PDM复合药剂与PAC产生的等投加量等沉出水余浊交点的浊度在1.20NTU附近;复合混凝剂不仅在达到交叉点前,仍然保持相对于PAC强化混凝效能优势,而且在交叉点,其COD_(Mn)、氨氮的去除能力仍然优于单独使用无机药剂PAC:相对于后者,水质参数去除率分别提升到40.43%、35.71%;过滤后浊度、COD_(Mn)和氨氮去除率分别提升到99.27%、64.81%和53.57%,依据交点沉出水和滤后水Zeta电位测定结果,给出了复合混凝剂强化混凝和过滤工艺中水处理效能的初步解释。上述工作可为全面展开强化混凝耦合过滤工艺去除水质参数效能研究做有益的探索。The autumn raw water of Yangtze River was treated with a composite coagulant prepared by polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride(PDM)and poly aluminum chloride(PAC).The turbidity,COD_(Mn) and ammonia nitrogen of supernatante and filtered water were measured.Combined with Zeta potential,the removal efficiency of enhanced coagulation coupled filtration process on water quality parameters was preliminarily explored.The results showed,for the Yangtze River water in Nanjing,when the dosage is 2.8 mg/L,PAC/PDM with an intrinsic viscosity of 1.60 dL/g and a mass ratio of PAC(Al_(2)O_(3))to PDM is 20:1,the intersection point of PDM with PAC in curves of dosage-residue turbidity is around 1.20 NTU,named as the same dosage-turbidity point.PAC/PDM not only maintained its enhanced coagulation effect over PAC before the intersection point,but also at the point,its COD_(Mn) and ammonia nitrogen removal capacity is increased to 40.43%and 35.71%respectively compared with PAC;after filtration,turbidity,COD_(Mn) and ammonia nitrogen removal rates increased to 99.27%,64.81%and 53.57%,respectively.Based on the Zeta potential measurement of the supernatant and filtered water at the intersection point,the efficiency of the composite coagulant in the enhanced coagulation and filtration process was preliminary explained.These work done above could be a beneficial exploration for the research on the enhanced coagulation coupling filtration technology in the next step.
