摘　　要：习近平生态文明思想是立足于新时代中国特色社会主义实践的历史方位和人类文明发展的生态转向,以马克思主义生态思想为基础,对人类生态思想的继承和原创性变革的结果。它不仅把生态文明当作超越工业文明的新型文明形态,而且将其看作是社会主义社会的本质属性,并从中国处于社会主义初级阶段和中国社会主要矛盾的转换的现实出发,强调要把以科技创新为主导、以生态文明发展方式所实现的高质量发展作为党执政的第一要务,将满足人民群众对美好生活的需要与追求当作发展的目的和价值归宿。习近平在生态文明理论上的创新为十八大以来的生态文明建设的实践创新提供了重要动力,主要体现在要求中国特色社会主义现代化是不同于西方的物质与精神、人与人和人与自然严重对立、穷者愈穷和富者愈富的片面畸形的现代化,是要求坚持“五位一体”总体布局,实现“五个文明”协调共同推进,共同富裕和人与自然和谐共生关系的中国式现代化,并在此基础上创造了人类文明新形态,为发展中国家探索一种保持自身独立性的全新现代化道路提供了可贵的选择。Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought is based on the historical orientation of the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the ecological turn of the development of human civilization.On the basis of Marxist ecological thought, it is the result of the inheritance and original reform of human ecological thought.It not only regards ecological civilization as a new form of civilization after industrial civilization, but also as an essential attribute of socialist society.Starting from the reality that China is in the primary stage of socialism and the transform of the main contradiction of Chinese society, the thought requires that “development” has to be taken as the top priority of the Party’s governance, which means that it is a high-quality development led by scientific and technological innovation and achieved by the way of ecological civilization development, and the purpose and value of development is positioned to meet the people’s yearning for and pursuit of a better life.The ecological civilization theory innovation must lead to the innovation of the practice for the construction of ecological civilization.In this way, the requirements of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics is different from the one-sided and deformed modernization of the West, in which material and spirit, man and man and man and nature are in serious confrontation, and the poor get poorer and the rich get richer.Instead, it adheres to Chinese-type modernization which sticks to Five-Sphere Integrated Plan, features coordinated and concerted progress of the “five civilizations”,includes common prosperity and harmonious coexistence between man and nature, and further creates a new form of human civilization and provides a new choice for developing countries to explore the road of modernization while maintaining their independence.
