摘 要:国民党中央执行委员会为了指导推进及整理全国广播事业,于1936年2月特设置“中央广播事业指导委员会”,由中央广播事业管理处、中央宣传部、交通部等多个部、会的有关人员共同组成,为民国时期管理广播事业的最高机构,陈果夫、吴保丰分别担任主任委员、副主任委员。该会成立后,承担民国时期有关广播发展规划、组织协调等大量事务性工作,抗战期间更是如此。抗战胜利后,国民党拟改造党营文化事业,成立了“中国广播公司”,该会于1946年9月,无形休会。In order to guide the promotion and organization of the national broadcasting industry,the Kuomintang Central Executive Committee set up the“Central Broadcasting Industry Steering Committee”in Feb.1936,which was jointly composed of relevant personnel from the Central Broadcasting Industry Management Office,the Central Propaganda Department,the Ministry of Communications and other ministries,and was the highest institution for the management of broadcasting industry during the period of the Republic of China,with Chen Guofu and Wu Baofeng as chairman and vice chairman respectively. After its establishment,the committee undertook a lot of affairs related to its broadcast development planning,organization and coordination during the period of Republic of China,especially during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression. After the victory of the AntiJapanese War,the Kuomintang planned to transform the part-run cultural undertakings and established the“China Broadcasting Corporation”,which was invisibly adjourned in Sept 1946.
