摘 要:为了优化铸造AZ91镁合金的铸造工艺,采用ProCAST软件对AZ91镁合金半连续铸造过程中的应力分布进行了数学模拟,研究了铸造温度、拉坯速度对AZ91镁合金铸件等效应力分布和热裂纹倾向的影响。结果表明:AZ91镁合金半连续铸造结束时,随着距离铸锭心部距离的增加,AZ91镁合金铸锭的热裂倾向HCS逐渐减小,AZ91镁合金铸锭心部的热裂倾向要高于表层;在相同位置处,铸造温度越高则HCS值越小,表明铸造温度越高热裂倾向越小;在不同拉坯速度下,铸锭心部的HCS值都大于表层,AZ91镁合金铸件在相同位置处的热裂纹倾向随着拉坯速度增加而增大。In order to optimize the casting process of AZ91 magnesium alloy,the stress distribution during semi continuous casting of AZ91 magnesium alloy was mathematically simulated by ProCAST software.The effects of casting temperature and drawing speed on the equivalent stress distribution and hot crack tendency of AZ91 magnesium alloy casting were studied.The results show that at the end of semi continuous casting of AZ91 magnesium alloy,the hot crack tendency HCS of AZ91 magnesium alloy ingot decreases gradually with the increase of the distance from the ingot center,and the hot crack tendency of AZ91 magnesium alloy ingot center is higher than that of the edge.At the same position,the higher the casting temperature,the smaller the HCS value,indicating that the higher the casting temperature is,the smaller the hot crack tendency is.At different drawing speeds,the HCS value in the center of the ingot is greater than that in the surface,and the hot crack tendency of AZ91 magnesium alloy castings at the same position increases with the increase of drawing speed.
