华北落叶松2.5代种子园17个优良家系种子萌发特性比较

摘　　要：对河北省围场县龙头山国家落叶松种子基地初选出的17个优良家系种子进行试验的结果表明,17个家系种子饱满率、发芽时间、发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数差异显著,而千粒重差异不显著。1、5、7、8、11、12、13、15号家系的饱满率高于70%;1、5、7、8、9、10、12、13、15、17号家系的发芽率高于50%;1、7、8、9、12、13、15、17号家系的发芽指数大于5;1、7、8、12、13、15号家系饱满率、发芽率、发芽指数表现均优良;5号家系饱满率、发芽率表现优良;9、17号家系发芽率、发芽指数表现优良。综合各项指标分析,1,5,7,8,9,12,13,15,17号家系显著高于其他家系。Seed characteristics were stutied on seventeen superior family,which were selected from the National Larch Seed Base in Longtoushan,Weichang County,Hebei Province,according to their growth characteristics and seed setting conditions in second seed orchard.The results showed that there were significant differences in seed fullness,germination time,germination potential,germination rate and germination index among 17 families,but no significant differences in 1000-grain weight.The Fullness rates of families 1,5,7,8,11,12,13,and 15 were higher than 70%.The germination rates of families 1,5,7,8,9,10,12,13,15 and 17 were higher than 50%.Germination indices of families 1,7,8,9,12,13,15 and 17 were greater than 5.Families 1,7,8,12,13,and 15 showed excellent performance in fullness rate,germination rate and germination index.The fullness rate and germination rate of family 5 were excellent.Germination rate and germination index of family 9 and 17 were excellent.
