摘 要:针对单晶硅片表面金字塔绒面对太阳电池电性能的影响,对比3款制绒添加剂A、B、C对金字塔绒面尺寸、均匀性、出绒率、比表面积及反射率的差异,分析了不同绒面结构对太阳电池的光电转换效率和漏电流的影响。分析结果表明:金字塔大小均匀、高度高,比表面积大的绒面可有效提升太阳电池的光电转换效率,出绒率及反射率对太阳电池的光电转换效率影响不大,但随着金字塔高度变高,塔尖变尖锐,选择性发射极激光重掺时容易造成塔尖消融,碱抛时对正面的保护作用减弱,易对重掺区的p-n结产生破坏,导致漏电流增大。In this paper,the effect of mono-Si wafer surface pyramid on the electrical performance of solar cells is studied.The differences in pyramid size,uniformity,texturing rate,specific surface area and reflectivity of silicon wafers after texturing with three kinds of texturing additives A,B,C are compared.The effects of different textured structures on the conversion efficiency and leakage current of the cell are analyzed.The results show that the pyramid with uniform size,high height and large specific surface area can effectively improve the conversion efficiency of the cell,while the down extraction rate and reflectivity have little effect on the efficiency of the cell.However,as the height of the pyramid increases,the pyramid tip becomes sharper,which makes it easy to ablate the tip when the SE laser is applied.At the same time,the protective effect of the front side becomes weak during alkali polishing,which is easy to damage the p-n junction in the heavily doped region,resulting in an increase in leakage current.
