摘 要:阿司匹林和塞来昔布等非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)因具有消炎和止痛等疗效被广泛应用,但其具有一定的毒副作用,会引起肠胃疾病等,因而其在环境水、生物样品和食品中的残留分析已引起重视。萃取吸附剂是决定样品前处理环节中萃取效率和选择性高低的关键。本文以萃取吸附剂类别(碳基材料、金属有机骨架、低共熔溶剂和层状双氢氧化物等)为主线,综述了采用萃取技术对环境水、生物和食品样品中的NSAIDs进行前处理,配合采用高效液相色谱联用技术等进行检测分析的最新应用实例,并对今后的萃取吸附剂的发展趋势进行了展望。Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)such as aspirin and celecoxib,are widely used because of their anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,but they have certain toxic and side effects,which will cause gastrointestinal diseases.Therefore,the residue analysis of NSAIDs in environmental water,biological samples and food has attracted attention.Extraction adsorbent is the key to determine the extraction efficiency and selectivity in sample pretreatment.Taking the category of extraction adsorbents(carbon based materials,metal organic framework,deep eutectic solvent,layered double hydroxides,etc.)as the main line,this paper summarized the latest application examples of pretreatment of NSAIDs in environmental water,biological and food samples by extraction technology and detection and analysis by high performance liquid chromatography.The development trend of extraction adsorbents in the future was prospected.
