摘  要:将三种镧系元素Ce、Tb、Gd为中心原子在电化学还原的石墨烯上原位合成了的金属有机框架(Metal-Organic Frameworks,MOFs)作为纳米酶,在玻碳电极表面构建了电化学生物传感器,并用于多巴胺(DA)的灵敏检测。应用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)等方法对所制备的MOFs进行了表征,并用循环伏安法(CV)和差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)研究了不同M-MOF(M=Ce、Tb、Gd)纳米酶的性能。根据研究结果,基于Ce-MOF构建的电化学传感器对多巴胺(DA)的反应具有最高的灵敏度和选择性,在0.1~100μM的范围内,其灵敏度为0.611 mA mM^(-1),检出限为6.47×10^(-8) M(S/N=3)。同时,该传感器还展现了良好的稳定性能和抗干扰能力,并且成功应用在实际样品测定中。Three Lanthanides(Ce,Tb,Gd),as the center atoms,were used to in situ synthesize metal-organic Frameworks(MOFs)on electrochemically reduced graphene.The electrochemical biosensors were constructed on the surface of glassy carbon electrode and used for sensitive detection of dopamine(DA).The morphology and structure of M-MOF(M=Ce、Tb、Gd)were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and the properties of different M-MOF(M=Ce,Tb,Gd)nanozymes were studied by cyclic voltammetry(CV)and differential pulse voltammetry(DPV).According to the results,Ce-MOF dropped metal-organic frameworks based nanozyme electrochemical sensor exhibited a high sensitivity and selectivity for dopamine(DA),with the sensitivity of 0.611 mA·mM^(-1 )in the range of 0.1~100μM and a lower detection limit of 6.47×10^(-8) M(S/N=3).In addition,the sensor showed satisfactory stability and has been successfully applied to the detection of DA in samples.
