摘 要:以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、六亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为主要原料,制备了AM-AA-HBA三元共聚物调堵剂。利用红外光谱、元素分析以及扫描电镜对该三元共聚物调堵剂的结构进行了分析,并对该调堵剂的抗剪切强度、膨胀倍数、耐盐性能、稳定性能、悬浮性能和封堵能力等进行了研究。实验结果表明,与常规AM-AA-MA调堵剂相比,在地层水中以及相同质量浓度氯化钠溶液中,AM-AA-HBA调堵剂均具有更高的膨胀倍数。AM-AA-HBA调堵剂吸水膨胀后,在质量浓度为0.2%的聚丙烯酰胺溶液中具有良好的悬浮性能。调堵剂水膨体在65℃下放置70天后,膨胀倍数未出现明显变化;AM-AA-HBA调堵剂的抗剪切强度保留率为94.5%,AM-AA-MA调堵剂的抗剪切强度保留率为93.8%。AM-AA-HBA调堵剂具有更强的封堵能力,在填砂管驱替实验中注入压力能够升高至0.9MPa,较AM-AA-MA调堵剂高0.2MPa。AM-AA-HBA terpolymer plugging agent was prepared with acrylamide,acrylic acid and hexamethylene bisacrylamide as main raw materials.The structure of the terpolymer plugging agent was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,elemental analysis and scanning electron microscope,and the shear strength,expansion multiple,salt resistance,stability,suspension performance and plugging ability of the plugging agent were studied.The experimental results show that compared with the conventional AM-AA-MA plugging agent,AM-AA-HBA plugging agent has higher expansion multiple in formation water and sodium chloride solution with the same mass concentration.After water absorption and expansion,AM-AA-HBA has good suspension performance in polyacrylamide solution with mass concentration of 0.2%.After 70 days at 65℃,the expansion ratio of water swelling agent did not change significantly;the retention rate of shear strength of AM-AA-HBA was 94.5%,and that of AM-AA-MA was 93.8%.AM-AA-HBA plugging control agent has stronger plugging ability.In the sand filling pipe displacement experiment,the injection pressure can be increased to 0.9 MPa,which is 0.2 MPa higher than AM-AA-MA plugging control agent.
