摘  要:在油气田开发中,黏土稳定剂在抑制黏土矿物水化膨胀,降低外来流体对储层渗透率伤害方面起着重要作用。采用浓盐酸和乙二胺制备了乙二胺盐酸盐型小分子阳离子黏土稳定剂YEA,以防膨率为指标,对其合成条件进行优化,并展开了性能实验评价。结果表明,YEA的最佳合成条件为:浓盐酸与乙二胺物质的量的比为2∶1,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为5 h。黏土稳定剂YEA制备工艺简单,成本低,防膨率可达87.16%,具有良好的热稳定性、耐水洗性能,并且与土酸和盐溶液的配伍性良好,满足应用需要。Clay stabilizer plays an important role in inhibiting the hydration expansion of clay minerals and reducing the damage of external fluid to reservoir permeability during the exploitation of oil and gas field.YEA,a small molecule cationic clay stabilizer,was prepared by concentrated hydrochloric acid and ethyldiamamine to optimize the synthesis conditions and evaluate the performance experiment.The results show that the optimal synthesis conditions of YEA were:the molar ratio of concentrated hydrochloric acid and ethylenediamine substance was 2∶1,the reaction temperature was 80℃,and the reaction time was 5 h.Clay stabilizer YEA preparation process was simple,low cost.Clay stabilizer YEA had the best anti-swelling rate of 87.16%and good thermal stability,water washing resistance and good compatibility with mud acid and salt solution to meet the application needs.
