摘 要:目的探讨针对糖尿病患者实施血液生化检验的临床效果。方法选取福建省三明市沙县区总医院2020年1月—2021年1月之间治疗的30例糖尿病患者为观察组,另选同期健康体检者30名为对照组,所有研究对象均在常规检验基础上行血液生化检验。比较组间研究对象的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、总胆固醇、血清三酰甘油水平。统计观察组糖尿病的检出率。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、总胆固醇、血清三酰甘油水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.086、10.093、2.982、8.304,P<0.05)。观察组30例中糖化血红蛋白检出率96.7%(29/30),漏诊率为3.3%(1/30);血清三酰甘油检出率96.7%(29/30),漏诊率为3.3%(1/30);果糖胺检出率96.7%(29/30),漏诊率为3.3%(1/30),可见血液生化检验的临床准确性较高。结论在糖尿病诊疗中应用血液生化检验具有较高的应用价值,建议推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of blood biochemical test for diabetic patients.Methods A total of 30 diabetic patients treated in Fujian Province Sanming City Shaxian District General Hospital from January 2020to January 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 30 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the control group.All research subjects underwent blood biochemical tests on the basis of routine tests.The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,total cholesterol,and serum triglyceride levels were compared between groups.The detection rate of diabetes in observation group was statistically analyzed.Results Fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,total cholesterol,and serum triglyceride levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significants(t=13.086,10.093,2.982,8.304,P<0.05).Among the 30 cases in the observation group,the detection rate of glycosylated hemoglobin was96.7%(29/30),and the missed diagnosis rate was 3.3%(1/30).The detection rate of serum triglycerides was 96.7%(29/30),and the missed diagnosis rate was 3.3%(1/30).The detection rate of fructosamine was 96.7%(29/30),and the missed diagnosis rate was 3.3%(1/30).It can be seen that the clinical accuracy of blood biochemical tests was high.Conclusion The application of blood biochemical test in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes has high application value,and it is recommended to popularize and apply it.
