糖化血红蛋白、C肽及血脂联合检测在2型糖尿病中的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨糖化血红蛋白、血清C肽及血脂联合检测在2型糖尿病治疗中的临床应用效果。方法选择2020年8月—2022年2月到三明市第二医院就诊的2型糖尿病患者106例作为观察组,同时选择同期到本院的健康体检者80名作为对照组。对所有受试者均进行测定糖化血红蛋白、血清C肽及血脂各指标并进行分析结果。结果2型糖尿病组糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)较对照组均明显升高,而血清C肽、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病的治疗中,联合HbA1c、血清C肽及血脂各项指标测定,能够充分准确反映糖尿病患者的病情变化状况,为临床制订个体化治疗措施提供参考依据。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined detection of glycosylated hemoglobin,serum Cpeptide and blood lipids in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 106 patients with type 2 diabetes who visited Sanming Second Hospital from August 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the observation group.At the same time,80 healthy people who came to the hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.All subjects were measured for glycated hemoglobin,serum C-peptide and blood lipids and analyzed the results.Results The results of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h blood glucose(2 hPG),triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the type 2 diabetes group were higher than those in the control group;the results of serum C-peptide and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetes,the combined determination of HbA1c,serum C-peptide and blood lipids can fully and accurately reflect the changes in the condition of patients with diabetes,and provide a reference for clinical formulation of individualized treatment measures.
