利拉鲁肽注射液结合二甲双胍缓释片治疗肥胖2型糖尿病患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究对于肥胖2型糖尿病患者采用二甲双胍缓释片+利拉鲁肽注射液的治疗效果。方法选取吉林市龙潭区铁东医院2020年1—12月收治的肥胖2型糖尿病患者86例,依据患者入院先后顺序均为两组,各43例。甲组采用二甲双胍缓释片治疗,乙组在甲组的基础上联合利拉鲁肽注射液治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者BMI、血糖指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者BMI、血糖指标较治疗前均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组BMI、血糖指标较甲组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组患者治疗总有效率较甲组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组患者不良反应发生率低于甲组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于肥胖2型糖尿病患者而言,采用二甲双胍缓释片+利拉鲁肽注射液治疗效果显著,值得研究。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of metformin sustained-release tablets+liraglutide injection on obese patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 86 obese type 2 diabetes patients admitted to Tiedong Hospital from January to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with43 patients in each group.Group A was treated with metformin sustained-release tablets and group B was treated with azigali lutide injection,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results There were no statistically significant differences in BMI and blood glucose before treatment between 2 groups(P>0.05);after treatment,BMI and blood glucose in two groups were lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);BMI and blood glucose in group B were lower than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate in group B was higher than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in group B was lower than that in group A,but tthe difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion For obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,the treatment effect of metformin sustained-release tablets+liraglutide injection is significant,which is worthy of study.
