眼底荧光造影检查在筛查糖尿病视网膜病变中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究在筛查糖尿病视网膜病变中应用眼底荧光造影检查的临床价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年2月抚州市东乡区人民医院收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者60例作为研究对象,对患者采取散瞳眼底照相检查和眼底荧光造影检查。比较两种检查方法对糖尿病视网膜病变的检出率及在筛查糖尿病视网膜病变中的价值分析。结果眼底荧光造影检查的分期诊断结果与散瞳眼底照相检查结果对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。眼底荧光造影的确诊率明显高于散瞳眼底照相,误诊率和漏诊率低于散瞳眼底照相,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);眼底荧光造影检查的诊断时间短于散瞳眼底照相检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);散瞳眼底照相检查中,28例患者检测显示无病变,修正诊断24例,修正率达到85.71%,和眼底荧光造影检查结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病视网膜病变的筛查采取眼底荧光造影检查的,临床检出率的准确性比较高,可以清晰地观测到患者的视网膜循环表现,对于患者临床治疗方案的选择具有重要的影响意义。Objective To study the clinical value of fundus fluoroscopy in screening for diabetic retinopathy.Methods 60 patients with diabetes retinopathy treated in Fuzhou Dongxiang District People’s Hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.Mydriasis fundus photography and fundus fluorescein angiography were performed on the patients.To compare the detection rate of the two examination methods for diabetic retinopathy and their value in screening for diabetic retinopathy.Results There was statistically significant difference between the staging diagnosis results of fundus fluorescein angiography and mydriasis fundus photography(P<0.05).The diagnostic rate of fundus fluorescein angiography was significantly higher than that of mydriatic fundus photography,and the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate were lower than that of mydriatic fundus photography,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the diagnostic time of fundus fluorescein angiography was shorter than that of fundus mydriasis photography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in mydriasis fundus photography,28 patients showed no lesions,and 24 patients were corrected for diagnosis,with a correction rate of 85.71%;compared with fundus fluorescein angiography,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the screening of diabetic retinopathy,fundus fluorescein angiography has a relatively high accuracy of clinical detection,and the patients’frontal retinal circulation can be clearly observed.It has an important influence on the selection of clinical treatment plans for patients.
