富血小板血浆对糖尿病患者足部溃疡治疗的研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)是一种常见的慢性疾病,其发病率呈逐年上升趋势,DM会伴随许多并发症,糖尿病足溃疡(diabetic foot ulcer,DFU)就是其中一种严重的并发症。DFU的治疗不仅给患者带来沉重的经济负担,也造成社会沉重负担。本研究总结富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma,PRP)对DFU治疗的研究进展。通过查阅文献,检索关于PRP的发展现状和治疗DFU的相关论述,总结PRP治疗DFU的优势与机制。PRP迅速发展,现在已经应用到骨修复、软组织修复、伤口愈合等方面的临床治疗。本文认为,PRP治疗DFU创面修复还存在一些问题,但是随着时间的推移,这些问题都会被解决。而且将来PRP治疗会应用在医疗的各个领域。Diabetes mellitus(DM)is a common chronic disease,and its incidence is increasing year by year.DM is accompanied by many complications,and diabetic foot ulcer(DFU)is one of the serious complications.The treatment of DFU not only brings a heavy economic burden to the patients,but also causes a heavy burden to the society.This study summarizes the research progress of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in the treatment of DFU.The advantages and mechanisms of PRP in the treatment of DFU were summarized by reviewing the literature and retrieving relevant discussions on the development status of PRP and the treatment of DFU.PRP has developed rapidly and has now been applied to the clinical treatment of bone repair,soft tissue repair,wound healing,etc.This review concludes that there are still some problems with PRP for DFU wound repair,but these problems will be resolved over time.Moreover,we will also find that PRP treatment will be applied in various fields of medicine in the future.
