摘 要:采用氟盐反应法制备了Al-5Ti-1B细化剂,对氟盐反应温度及超声波对Al-Ti-B细化剂第二相及细化性能的影响进行了研究,结果表明:在760℃~820℃范围内,随温度升高,氟盐反应常数k增大,Ti、B元素收得率提高,第二相TiAl_(3)与TiB_(2)的平均尺寸减小,反应温度800℃时分别为15及3μm,反应温度超过800℃后,氟盐反应自由能变化提高,第二相数量减少、尺寸增大。超声波的声流效应使铝熔体形成环流,可使氟盐反应更充分、第二相含量提高;同时,超声波的空化效应使第二相弥散化,并将TiAl_(3)及TiB_(2)的平均尺寸分别细化至10及1.23μm。在反应温度800℃、超声波3 min的条件下,得到具有最佳细化效果的Al-5Ti-B细化剂,可将工业纯铝的平均晶粒尺寸细化至102μm,较国产细化剂细化效果提高了15%,接近进口细化剂细化水平。Al-5Ti-1B grain refiner was prepared by fluorine salt method.The influences of reaction temperature of fluorine salt and ultrasonic treatment on the second phase and the refinement property of grain refiner were investigated.The results show that in the range of 760℃to 820℃,with the increase of temperature,the reaction constant k of fluorine salt and the yielding rate of Ti and B elements increase,the average sizes of the second phase TiAl_(3) and TiB_(2) decrease,which are 15μm and 3μm respectively at 800℃.When the reaction temperature exceeding 800℃,the reaction standard Gibbs free energy of fluorine salt increases,resulting a decreased number and an increased size of the second phases.The sound flow effect produced by ultrasonic wave causes a circulation in the Al melt,which makes the fluorine salt reaction more sufficient and the content of the second phase higher.At the same time,the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves disperses the second phase,and reduces the average size of TiAl_(3) and TiB_(2) to 10μm and 1.23μm respectively.Under the conditions of reaction temperature 800℃and ultrasonic treatment 3 min,the Al-5Ti-B refiner with the best grain refining effect that reducing the average grain size of commercial pure alu minum to 102μm,is obtained,which is 15%higher than that of domestic refiner and close to imported refiner.
